The first class is October 21st, but here are a few things you can do right now to get ready!

1. Order the textbook on amazon.  Click here to go to the book.  There will be other sellers on Amazon.  Its fine if you purchase a book with "mindtrap".  That is for colleges but it's no harm.  Just ignore the card that comes with the book.  They are all about $75.  Just get the one you can get most quickly!
2. Go into the course and watch the Welcome Video.  That will explain how the program works in additional detail.
3. Review the course outline.
4. Consider printing the handouts for all the lessons.  Sometimes its just easier to do it all at once at the beginning - or you can do it each week as you tackle the topic.  Completely up to you!

If you have joined with some time before the live class begins you can start to work on the material.  If you are joining at the last minute, don't panic - you have access to all of this until you pass, and you do not need any material for the first course!
